written by Stan Grant & John Rudder.
Print book available in BWPS's iCentre
This book will show you how very differnt the English language is to that of Wiradjuri. Words are listed in English alphabetically (just like in a dictionary). When you find the word you want, the Wiradjuri word is listed next to it.
The good thing about this book is that the Wiradjuri words are also written phonemically - this means they are written how you would say it, eg: telephone : tel-a-fone.
Available for loan from the non-fiction area of the iCentre under 499 GRA
